CLASS PRICING

MONTHLY TUITION (NO REGISTRATION FEES)

If you’re wondering how much dance, music, and art classes cost at our Syracuse studio, it’s quite simple: pricing is based on the student’s specific program and class duration. And no, we do not charge a registration fee as you might find at other studios in Davis County. We want our rates to be transparent and budget-friendly so the whole family can enjoy the many benefits of the performing and visual arts.

Monthly tuition rates are as follows for our fall-to-spring session classes, and be sure to check out the discounts we currently offer:

  • 30-Minute Class: $39/month

  • 45-Minute Class: $49/month

  • 60-Minute Class: $64/month

  • 75-Minute Class: $74/month

  • 90-Minute Class: $84/month

DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS

Good news! If you’re interested in taking multiple classes or have multiple students enrolled at Eleve during a given time, you’re eligible for one of the following discounts to make tuition more affordable and easier on the budget:

  • Multi-Class Discount: Students enrolled in multiple classes will receive a 5% discount on their tuition.

  • Multi-Student Discount: Families that have multiple students enrolled at the studio are eligible for a 5% discount per child after the first child.

COSTUME AND RECITAL FEES

One of the most exciting parts of learning dance is being able to show off your development in an end-of-year recital. Recitals are a big undertaking for the studio and require advanced planning. We understand if this does not fit into your schedule or budget. If you would not like your child to participate in the recital, you must let us know by December 1st, 2026. Please email our Events Manager, Ms. Rachel, at rachel.eleveartsacademy@gmail.com to opt out. Dancers who choose to opt out will still learn the recital dance but will not receive a costume or participate in the recital performance. We will do an in-class, informal showing of the dance near the end of the school year for these dancers.

Dancers wanting to participate in the recital must pay a Recital Fee. This fee can be paid anytime, either in full or broken down as needed, from September 1st to December 20th. If you have not paid your recital fee by December 21st and have not given the director your opt-out, your fee will be automatically withdrawn from your account on January 1st, 2027, with tuition. All fees are non-refundable once paid. Recital Fees include a costume for one class as well as a digital download of the recital video. In addition, these fees help to cover the cost of the theater rental, staffing, music licensing, and other essential costs for the production. If your child is in more than one class, there will be an additional charge for the costume of each class.

If you are joining a class after the costume fees are due (December 20th), they will be automatically added to your account. If you would like to opt out of the recital, you must let us know within a week of registration. After that point, recital fees will be automatically charged with your next tuition.

Please note, Acro and all Adult Dance classes are not included in the end of year recital. Acro classes will have an in-class showing at the end of each semester.

CANCELLATION FEE

When you register for class at Elevé, we anticipate that you will continue the class through the end of the session. In many cases, our classes are full and students are turned away because they can’t get into the class. If you wish to drop a class, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per class. Please let us know of your intent to drop before the end of the month. All registration, tuition, recital, and costume fees are non-refundable once charged unless there are special circumstances.

POLICIES AND OTHER REGISTRATION INFO

Declined Cards/Late Fees

Please make sure your credit card information is up to date by logging in to your Dance Studio Pro parent portal and updating it regularly. Declined cards may be subject to a $15 fee. Tuition or fees not paid by the 10th of each month will be subject to a $15 late fee.

Weather Cancellations

Elevé Arts Academy does not refund classes cancelled due to weather-related cancellations. In the case of a weather-related cancellation, dancers are welcome to come to another class of a similar age, during the same month as the one missed. Email info@eleveacademy.com to schedule a make-up class.

Make-up Classes

We want you to get your money’s worth out of our classes. We also understand that sickness, travel, or other family needs can cause your student to be absent. If your student misses a class, they are welcome to take another class of a similar age during the same month as the one missed. Email info@eleveacademy.com to schedule a make-up class.

No Miss Class Dates

We strongly encourage students to avoid missing classes during the month of April, as it is unfair to the teacher and classmates who are preparing for the recital. Preparing for a recital is a team effort.
